Eaton House is the coworking membership community inside Eaton DC — a boutique hotel and cultural hub at 1201 K Street NW in downtown Washington, DC. More than a place to open a laptop, Eaton House was built as an inclusive incubator for diverse ideas: the grassroots organizer, the novelist mid-draft, the early-stage startup, the independent creative who needs a room that matches how seriously they take their work.
That means a coworking environment that doesn't feel like a coworking environment. Members work across three floors with common areas designed for both focus and collision — the kind of space where the person at the next desk might become your next collaborator. Hotel guests at Eaton DC receive complimentary access to Eaton
House throughout their stay.

Common Areas
Eaton House’s common areas create abundant opportunities for creative collision, cross pollination, and collaboration. Our cozy common areas located on each floor allow the curious to connect with one another to discuss the day’s events or speculate on tomorrow’s ideas.
Conference Rooms
Eaton House members have access to conference rooms that fit up to eight people, complete with 65” TVs, Polycom phones, and white boards to connect and collaborate with others no matter where they are.

Eaton House Day Passes & Conference Room Rentals
Eaton House is dedicated to being an incubator for radical voices in the DC community. We are now offering day passes, as well as half-day and full-day conference room rentals. Conference rooms include a boardroom table for up to 8 and a 65" flat screen TV with easy-to-use ClickShare screen sharing capabilities.

All drop-in passes include WiFi, coffee, printing, and full access to the spacious common areas of House. In order to ensure we are meeting cleaning standards, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice for all booking requests. Drop-in reservations are available Monday through Friday.
